They are protected under the Trade Marks Ordinance 2001, the Copyright Ordinance 1962, and equivalent international law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without our written permission is not permitted.
Accuracy of content
We take care to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate and current. Even so, content may occasionally be incomplete, out of date or contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any error without notice and, where an order is affected, to contact you before proceeding.
Fragrance descriptions and olfactive notes are subjective interpretations offered as guidance. They do not form part of the product specification.

Product compliance
Our candles and fragrance products are manufactured and labelled to meet the requirements applicable in Pakistan, and where relevant to the markets we ship to. Ingredient and allergen information is provided on the product packaging and on each product page.
If you require a safety data sheet or ingredient declaration for a specific product, write to info@jimour.com and we will provide it.
Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, please write to info@jimour.com with your order number. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 2 WORKING DAYS and resolve it within 14 DAYS.
If we cannot resolve it between us, the matter is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of LAHORE / KARACHI / ISLAMABAD, without prejudice to any right a consumer has to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
