In the store

Fragrance consultation

Sit with our team and work through the collection at your own pace. We read the notes with you, narrow slowly, and never rush a decision that lives in a room for months.

Gifting

Every purchase leaves in our signature box, tied and sealed by hand. Tell us who it is for and we will help you choose, then add a handwritten card at the counter.

Refills and care

Bring a vessel back once the wax has burned down. We will advise on refills, wick trimming, and how to keep a glass looking as it did on the first evening.

Best time to come

The room is quietest between 11:00 and 14:00. Evenings are livelier, and the candles are at their best once the light drops.
