I. Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your package and are displayed at checkout. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Delivery times vary by destination and typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
International Orders: Taxes & Duties
For orders outside of Pakistan, all applicable customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are required by law to declare the full value of your order for customs purposes. Clearance and delivery timing are determined by local authorities and may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Currency Conversions
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) for international transactions. Your card issuer determines the final exchange rate for your local currency.
II. Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange unused and unopened Jimour items (excluding machines/diffusers) within 30 days of delivery. To maintain the purity of our library, opened fragrances are ineligible for return. All returns are subject to review and approval.
Processing Fees: Returns and exchanges are subject to a nominal processing fee which covers the return shipping label and administrative handling. These fees will be disclosed at the time of your return request. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Machine (Diffuser) Returns
Jimour diffusers may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the unit is completely unused and remains in its original packaging with all original parts and accessories.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount for all machine returns.
- Units that have been used or show signs of wear are not eligible for a refund.
- The standard return/exchange processing fees do not apply to machines.
Safe Ship Protection
Optional Safe Ship Protection can be added at checkout for coverage of stolen packages, damaged items, or those lost in transit. This protection is non-refundable. Contact info@jimour.com if issues arise with a protected shipment.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your items arrive damaged or defective, email info@jimour.com within 30 days with photographic evidence and your order details. Verified damaged items will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost to you.
