1. APPLICABILITY

1.1 - Each order made directly to Jimour through the website jimour.com, or at Jimour’s Customer Service, will be governed by these GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted, without reservation, these terms.

1.2 - Jimour reserves the right, at any time, to modify these terms by posting a new dated version on its website.

2. CLIENT REGISTRATION AND PASSWORD

2.1 - When registering on the Jimour website, you must declare that you have provided all mandatory registration information correctly. You must request a registration update with Jimour if there are changes of address or other modifications.

2.2 - You must keep your account password confidential and not disclose it or share it with anyone.

2.3 - You are fully responsible for the use of your password and any requests made under it, even without your knowledge.

2.4 - If you suspect unauthorized use of your password, you must notify Jimour immediately by emailing info@jimour.com.

3. ORDERS

3.1 - Orders are subject to maximum monthly limits, which are defined exclusively by Jimour.

3.2 - Unauthorized resale of Jimour products is strictly prohibited. Customers involved in unauthorized resale will have their accounts immediately closed.

3.3 - An order is not confirmed until Jimour sends an order confirmation by email. Jimour reserves the right to refuse orders for any or no reason.

4. PRICES AND DELIVERIES

4.1 - The prices to be paid are those displayed on the Jimour website on the date you make your purchase, excluding any applicable delivery charges.

4.2 - Delivery fees will be charged at the rates indicated on the website on the date you place your order.

4.3 - Jimour reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery rates at any time.

5. DELIVERY AND RETURNS

5.1 - It is your responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the product at the time of delivery.

5.2 - If you notice damaged or missing items, you must inform Jimour within 7 days after delivery via email at info@jimour.com.

5.3 - Diffusers and accessories can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery. The product must be in its original packaging including all parts and documents.

5.4 - Unopened fragrances can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Open fragrances are not eligible for return.

5.5 - Return postage will be paid by the customer. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed no later than thirty (30) days after Jimour receives the returned product.

6. DIFFUSER WARRANTY

6.1 - Each diffuser purchased directly from Jimour comes with a one-year limited warranty. Detailed information is included in the applicable user manual.

6.2 - This limited warranty is valid only in the Pakistan / regions of official distribution.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 - Images, videos, and texts on the Jimour website are for informational purposes only and are not contractual.

7.2 - IN NO EVENT WILL JIMOUR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM THE USE OF YOUR PRODUCT OR THIS WEBSITE.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

8.1 - Jimour cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, wars, pandemics, or natural disasters.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

9.1 - Payment processing is securely handled by Stripe. Jimour does not collect, store, or have access to the user’s full credit or debit card details.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

10.1 - These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Pakistan.

10.2 - Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of Jimour products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.
