What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

1. Who we are
JIMOUR, of 42-R, Dr. Mehmood Hussain Road, Block 6, P.E.C.H.S, near Feroazabad Police Station, off Shahra E Faisal, Karachi - 74800 Pakistan., Pakistan, decides how and why your personal information is used on this website. You can reach us at info@jimour.com.
Pakistan does not currently have a single comprehensive data protection statute. We are nonetheless bound by the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and by the confidentiality duties we owe you, and we have chosen to hold ourselves to the standards set out below. Where you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to our handling of your information and we comply with it.
2. What we collect

3. Why we use it
- To fulfil your order — taking payment, arranging delivery, handling returns and answering enquiries. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To run our business — fraud prevention, site security, analytics and improving our products. This rests on our legitimate interest in operating a safe and functional shop.
- To send marketing — only where you have asked us to, or where permitted for existing customers. You can stop this at any time.
- To meet legal obligations — tax, accounting and customs records.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the partners who make the shop work:

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
5. Cookies
Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use them to keep your cart and session working, to remember your preferences, to understand how the site is used, and — with your consent where required — to measure advertising.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking checkout. You can manage all other cookies through your browser settings.
6. Marketing
If you subscribe, we will send you news about new collections, restocks and events. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can also write to us to be removed. Withdrawing consent does not affect transactional messages such as order and delivery confirmations.
7. International transfers
Our platform, payment and email providers operate outside Pakistan, including in Ireland, the European Union and the United States. Your information is therefore transferred and stored abroad.
Where information is transferred out of the EEA or UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider. You may request a copy of the safeguards in place.
8. How long we keep it
- Order and tax records — 6 years, to meet accounting and tax requirements
- Account details — while your account is open, then 12 months
- Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe, then removed at the next cleanse
- Support correspondence — 24 months from resolution
- Analytics — as set in each platform, typically 14 months
9. How we protect it
The site runs over encrypted HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, protected by individual accounts and two-factor authentication. Card details never reach our systems.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
10. Your rights
Whatever your location, we will honour these requests:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- Have inaccurate details corrected
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need
- Object to marketing, or withdraw consent
- Ask us to restrict how we use your information
- Receive your information in a portable format
Write to info@jimour.com. We will respond within 30 days and will not charge you. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
11. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be signalled on the site or by email where we hold your address.
